The full terms are available in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. If versions differ, the English version prevails.

These terms apply to everyone who uses promarkets.net ("ProMarkets"). ProMarkets is a project of DOG YEBO LTD, a company incorporated in Samoa ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What ProMarkets is

• ProMarkets is an online marketplace where sellers list items and buyers find them. We are not the seller, buyer, agent, broker or auctioneer in any sale, and we do not own, hold, inspect or deliver the items listed.
• Any sale, and any negotiation, payment, delivery or dispute connected with it, is solely between the buyer and the seller. We are not responsible for the safety, legality, quality, condition or description of any item, or for whether a buyer or seller completes a sale.
• LTLT provides technology for the site and is not a party to any sale.

2. Listings and information

• Listings are provided by sellers or reproduced from published tender documents. We do not verify them, and we do not guarantee that any listing, specification, photo, figure or translation is accurate, complete or up to date.
• Specifications and capacities are shown as supplied or as printed in the source. Photos may not show an item's current condition, and an item may no longer be available.
• Archived tender records are for reference only. They are not offers for sale and carry no price.
• Pictures in the Art and Jewellery sections are illustrations, not items for sale.
• Translations are provided for convenience. If they differ, the wording supplied by the seller or in the source document prevails.
• We may, but are not obliged to, correct, edit, refuse or remove any listing or content at any time without notice.

3. If you buy

• Before you pay, inspect the item yourself or through a qualified inspector, and confirm the seller's identity, ownership and right to sell, the item's condition and history, and any certification, registration, insurance, licensing, import, export or safety requirements that apply.
• ProMarkets does not take payments or deposits and never asks you to pay anyone on our behalf. If someone does, do not pay, and report it to us.
• Heavy equipment such as cranes may have to be tested, certified and operated in line with the law where it is used. Checking this is the buyer's responsibility.

4. If you sell

• You must be entitled to sell what you list, and your listing must be accurate, lawful and not misleading. You are responsible for your listings and for complying with every law that applies to your sale.
• We review sellers before their listings appear, but approval is not an endorsement of the seller or a check of any item.
• You must not list stolen, counterfeit, prohibited or dangerous items, or items you do not have the right to sell.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• give false information, or impersonate any person or business;
• post offensive, obscene, defamatory or unlawful content, advertising unrelated to a listing, or repeated or duplicate listings;
• copy, scrape or republish the site's content, listings or design without our written permission;
• try to get around security checks, rate limits or access controls, or disrupt the site;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may refuse access, remove content, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms, without notice. We keep security records, such as server logs, to protect the site, and we give them to the authorities where the law requires.

6. Content and feedback

• The site's design, text and software belong to ProMarkets or its licensors. Sellers keep ownership of their own content and allow us to display it on ProMarkets.
• If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve ProMarkets without any obligation to you.

7. Our liability

• The site is provided "as is" and may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn at any time.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, ProMarkets is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using or relying on the site or its content, or from any dealing between users, including loss of profit, business or data.
• Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies.

8. Privacy and cookies

• How we collect, use and protect personal data, and your rights, are explained in our Privacy centre at promarkets.net/privacy. We handle personal data in line with the data protection laws that apply to it.
• We use only essential cookies and do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Seller contact details are shown only to signed-in members, so that they can ask about a listing; members must not use them for any other purpose.

9. Changes and contact

• We may update these terms at any time. The date above shows the current version. If you keep using the site, you accept the updated terms.
